Interview a Real Estate Agent : Questions

A real estate agent is a person or a group acting as an intermediary between sellers and buyers of real estate (or real estate as it is known elsewhere) and attempts to find sellers who wish to sell and buyers who wish to buy. Acting as an agent of the buyer or seller, real estate agents to facilitate the sale or purchase of commercial land, apartments, villas, etc.

Top 20 Real Estate questions from the interview:

1. How long have you been selling real estate (in a particular area)?

2. How many homes sold last year as a seller's agent?

3. Of the houses sold last year, again as a seller's agent, which was the average number of days from the original list price of the offer accepted?

4. What was the average ratio between the list price and the selling price?

5. What kind of market share you and your company?

6. Do you have a personal assistant?

7. What is your experience selling homes in my town?

8. Can you give me at least three recent references?
